We are in search of a Part Time Customer Service Representative who will be based in Southbury, Connecticut. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in a remote setting. The successful candidate will primarily be engaged in outbound calling, client engagement, and booking appointments, providing essential support to our team and customers. Responsibilities... • Engage with clients through outbound calls, building rapport and providing excellent customer service • Schedule and manage appointments effectively using calendar management tools • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track customer interactions and data • Maintain a professional phone etiquette at all times, representing our team positively • Use basic office equipment and skills to complete daily tasks • Proactively resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Maintain customer credit records with accuracy and efficiency • Process customer applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date • Work within a flexible schedule, providing customer service support during designated hours.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook • Basic understanding of office equipment and office skills • Experience in outbound sales is a must • Ability to manage scheduling and booking appointments effectively • Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling appointments • Excellent phone etiquette is required • Customer service experience is highly valued • Ability to work part-time hours • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well with a team and independently • High level of problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure • Must be able to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures Apply Job!
